Simply log in to online.metlife.com, go to Profile and in your Profile Settings tab within the User Agreements section, click on Consent Statement. Select I Consent and then click on Update. Go to the Communication Preferences tab to validate your email address and add any additional eDelivery methods of contact.
For mlr.metlife.com
Simply log in to mlr.metlife.com, go to Profile and change your communication preference to E-delivery.
