MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that its board of directors has set the company’s 2017 annual shareholders meeting for June 13, 2017, beginning at 2:30 p.m. (EDT) in New York City. The board of directors established April 14, 2017, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.
